Dubious claim in introduction
edit"The arrival of cricket paralysis virus in the first decade of the 21st century depleted the available stock to the point that this cricket is no longer commercially available anywhere." I'm not sure what this means--there are plenty of cricket-based products available, and I think they use A. domesticus. But this is referring to the stock trade of crickets. While I don't think it's likely that the main commercial cricket has gone nearly extinct, I'm not sure where to find information about the cricket trade. Jacq 07:52, 1 June 2018 (UTC)
Claim removed.
editAfter consulting WP policy pages, I'm going to remove the dubious claim, as it is lacking a source.
- You are absolutely right with this. This dubious claim is just fake information. This should not have a place in an encyclopedia. I removed it and reworked the sentence.--AlienFood (talk) 13:03, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
