Fantastic article - could use an update edit

Dear fellow Wikipedians — I just wanted to say thank you for such an informative article. I know very little about Dutch water governance but I’m trying to find all I can about it in English. @L.tak did amazing work fleshing this out in 2012, and I wonder if there is anyone equipped to update some data and information in this article, which is more than 10 years old?
