Talk:Honister Slate Mine

Title edit

I feel it would make more sense for the article to be Honister Quarries, and for Honister Slate Mine to redirect to it. It's only the most recent operator who's ever called them mines as far as I'm aware. Traditionally it's always been called a quarry, as have other underground slate workings in Cumbria. Well it's been a while since you put it out there - I'd change it now. Gwernol even says in the first edit comment that they are quarries. - Ctbolt 09:26, 27 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
I might do that then, if I get around to working out how to! Since I've contributed very little to Wikipedia I'm rather nervous of making fairly significant changes to an article. Riedquat 22:16, 19 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
