• @Chidgk1: New enough and long enough. QPQ present. I think the article needs more prose work as it is awkward in places like you might expect from a translation (three examples below). I am looking at this article and finding the hook uninteresting because it begs the question "how" or "why". @Sammi Brie: I don't have any Vietnamese either. I have added a little more about Hồng's body of environmental work/activism as you suggested. How about

No wonder I missed it, it was a ping without a timestamp. I am...not happy with the way this article reads still. It's just not Main Page-ready, even if one of the hooks (I prefer ALT1) is workable. If anyone speaks Vietnamese could you possibly look back in the wayback machine and see whether it was in the newspaper cited at that time - perhaps the newspaper later removed it from their website? Or can you find another cite? If so please could you put back in the text about it I deleted today and cite it thanks Chidgk1 (talk) 09:23, 12 October 2023 (UTC)

If you really want to request deletion I can tell you the procedure - but I think you would be wasting your time as everyone else would want to keep it.

As you presumably support the government would you have time to update List of coal-fired power stations in Vietnam with the governments latest plan? Also Just Energy Transition Partnership#Vietnam needs more info if you have reliable sources. Chidgk1 (talk) 07:41, 21 December 2023 (UTC)
