Writing wrong edit
The wording of the article does not go with the title, attempts to show the history of the devil should put aside the controversial origins and only limited to the history of dance including that? and how? and where? seemed the word "devil "and was becoming known in the highlands. For that reason the template is positioned as the article requires several changes. Nair (talk) 15:38, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
Making impartial investigations, there is no controversy about the origin and history of the "diablada" dance, it is indeed and undoubtedly a Bolivian dance, what must be clear is that devil dances exist in different regions of the American continent that are not "diablada". There are different dances in relation to the devil in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Bolivia. "Diablada" is a specific dance with choreography and rhythm specifically defined and developed in Oruro Bolivia. Now the diablada of Oruro with its defined characteristics is practiced in Puno Peru, but the specific dance is not of Peruvian origin and this is because Puno was a forgotten place and far from its government capital Lima, and because of its proximity to La Paz Bolivia was strongly influenced but the influence was mostly from Bolivia to Puno Peru. Before the 60's in Puno it was very clear that the dances called "TRAJE DE LUCES" were Bolivian dances. Many Peruvian researchers affirm with concrete evidence that the "diablada" is a dance of Bolivian origin, among them Javier Salas Avila, Americo Valencia Chacon, Roberto Valencia Melgar, among others. In Puno Peru there was probably a devil dance but that was not "diablada" EKP70 (talk) 13:36, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
