This is something interesting. Sorry it had to wait for ages. Will review. Sainsf <^>Talk all words 10:32, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
Lead
editThe article could begin with an image to make it more lively; how about the logo of the school?Could we add more images to the article in general? For example, "Extension grows" could you use an image of Robert G. Albion.- The lead is just a summary, and all the facts in it must also be there in the main text. The citations typically go in the main text.
- The lead could be significantly expanded; it should be somewhat proportional to the length of the article.

- Link Boston, Nile River, Cairo, Bombay
- The "main article" template can be used
- At the end, ref. 6 is used twice.
Early years

- Link Harvard, it is the first mention
- it had to be connected to and already existing educational institution Should "and" be "an" or is something missing?
- It offered, according to the Boston Globe What is the Boston Globe? If it is a newspaper then it should be in italics
- In Early courses and professors, link Columbia University and Great Depression
- Boston University, Boston College, MIT, Simmons College, Tufts University, Wellesley College, and the Museum of Fine Arts Links would be helpful.
Extension grows

- I think this could be renamed "Growth of the Extension", just to make it sound more proper
- as far away as Yonkers, New York, some 200 miles away. What is the source to confirm the distance 200 miles? This is just to be safe from "citation needed" tags.
- students could watch the WGBH programs WGBH is linked a bit later. The link should be shifted here; it left me wondering what WGBH is.
- In United States Navy, link " Vietnam war "
- In the same section, do not repeat the year in The next year, in February 1968
- This was, according to Phelps, "a bargain that simply Has Phelps been mentioned before with a full name?

@BrianCUA: Would you take time out for this? Sainsf <^>Talk all words 04:44, 5 March 2016 (UTC)
- @BrianCUA: I have checked the edits now. My apologies if I was too impatient to call you here the other day and you were busy elsewhere. The article looks great. We need some more work on the lead and Degree development, that's it. Sainsf <^>Talk all words 17:26, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
@BrianCUA: Nearly ten days without activity here. Sainsf <^>Talk all words 11:48, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
- Just a comment on the sources, reference 84 no longer exists, so a new reference needs to be found. Will211 (talk) 01:44, 20 March 2016 (UTC)
- Will211 Thanks for the update. We will see to that. Sainsf <^>Talk all words 06:07, 20 March 2016 (UTC)
@BrianCUA: I last pinged you on the 19th. If there is no response from your side till the 26th this month I shall be forced to fail this nomination. Sainsf <^>Feel at home 08:25, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
- All set, @Sainsf:. Sorry it took so long. Haven't spent much time on here lately, and I didn't get any of your pings. Hope you like the work that's been done, and thanks for the excellent review! --BrianCUA (talk) 20:38, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
A few final comments, on the sources:
- Ref. 6 needs formatting
- I think we need lower case in refs. 15,16,17,18,20,25,26,31,36,42,44
- Check that the date formats are consistent throughout.
- Seems the URLs for the Boston Globe Archives are not of much use, as it is necessary to login in order to view them.
- The agency name (for instance The Boston Globe) should be kept in italics
Sainsf <^>Feel at home 03:37, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
- All set. Thanks again. I left the urls for the Globe archives because while they may not be of use to you, they would be with someone who has access. --BrianCUA (talk) 12:04, 23 March 2016 (UTC)
Thank you BrianCUA. The article looks ready for GA status. I am happy to promote this. Excellent job! Sainsf <^>Feel at home 12:07, 23 March 2016 (UTC)

Centennial celebration
editThis information was originally in the main article. When it was removed, I didn't feel strongly about it as it wasn't a critical detail. However, 100 years is kind of a big deal and I thought was worthy of inclusion somewhere, so I thought that this article would be a better place for it. ElKevbo removed it again. Might I ask what the objection to its inclusion is? -- Slugger O'Toole (talk) 01:09, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
- A single sentence sourced only to the subject of the article doesn't seem to meet WP:DUE. Moreover, "institution celebrated its own birthday" doesn't seem to be intrinsically interesting or important. I understand that we're talking about Harvard so there are likely dozens of popular media articles describing this celebration/anniversary in excruciating detail - adding one or more of those sources seems necessary.
