Just a suggestion, but I would make it clear that historical trauma is referring to a group of people, for example, holocaust survivors.DannyHarmon (talk) 14:38, 27 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Just to clarify edit

Can we restrict this article to trauma caused by white people only, please.

Make sure all others, such as Japanese, Indian, African as well as any other major mass murders and all other multi generational trauma are not included here.

Thank you for your understanding. 94.252.109.3 (talk) 14:11, 18 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Neutral tonage edit

Although obviously, it is horrible the things that Sarah Collins Rudolph went through, one must consider the way it is spoken about.

"Though about 60 years later and decades of medical bills and problems with eye, she has never received restitution for the pain and suffering she went through. Since she was a Black woman she was never seen as equal to if a White person and this is what lead into the historical trauma we see today."

More specifically the section that speaks about 'pain and suffering', and such, it is quite obviously biased. I'll modify it in accordance with WP:NPOV. BerlinEagle (talk) 07:52, 4 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
