Article Tone edit

The article appears to have been largely created anonymously by ostensibly a "group" of anonymous editors, which is acceptable in itself, but edits have brought a highly promotional tone to the article. All editors are invited to become registered editors of Wikipedia. In the meantime, the tone of the article needs to be non-promotional. Regardless of how the event was marketed, for example, when the lights on the attraction were inaugurated, there is no reason to highlight in the article that it was a "ceremony," which is largely a way for marketers of the attractive to create hype for the opening. 842U (talk) 22:21, 19 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

As this is now growing contentious, rather than continually reverting the article, please discuss the reasoning for reverting the article here. We can bring in other experienced editors to arbitrate, as required.842U (talk) 21:39, 21 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Fragment with missing information edit

The opening sentence for the article section "design" is a fragment, with a missing object... "High Roller was announced in August 2011[10] as the centerpiece[11] of Caesars Entertainment Corporation's $550 million The LINQ.[7] Arup Engineering, which previously consulted on the Singapore Flyer, acted as the structural engineer.[5]"

550 million what? I'm not qualified to say, not living in Las Vegas... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.130.185.175 (talk) 21:38, 19 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

"Seating Capacity" - infobox is a wee bit misleading... *Capacity* is as given, but there are far fewer seats. Most space is standing/wheel-char space, not seating. edit

This is *probably* OK, this is an Encyclopedia, not a seating chart, but if there is an easy way to make this less confusing, it might be kind to our readers.Shajure (talk) 04:10, 21 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
