Talk:High Hopes (album)

Latest comment: 7 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

I've rated the album as mid-importance for now, for the following reasons:

  • Springsteen is rated high-importance in a number of WikiProjects;
  • He also released eight of the Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time (nearly half of his output of studio albums); only Bob Dylan, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones have more albums on the list;
  • This is the first album to be released since the deaths of Clarence Clemons and Danny Federici, both of whom will be on the album.

For me, this places it as at least mid-importance. — Sasuke Sarutobi (talk) 22:38, 19 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

The album was apparently recorded in 2012 and 2013 but includes contributions from Clarence Clemons and Danny Federici, who died before 2012. Were their contributions taken from earlier demos? Recordings of completely different songs? The article should say (if it is known).......... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 09:06, 17 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
