Stubs?

edit

How is this a "Microsoft Windows-compatible program article"? It's not exclusive to any program. Tetrahedron93 (talk) 11:18, 12 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

It's no longer marked as any sort of stub. Guy Harris (talk) 16:18, 19 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Mac OS

edit

now im not going to rant, but Mac OS (also known as annoyingly simple OS) makes it extremely hard to show hidden files in finder, though they can be accessed by other means (ie: terminal). should this be added? Ms.henrick (talk) 19:18, 22 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Windows versus UNIX

edit

Well, I am going to rant. It is beneath pathetic that when one posts rigidly correct material, mocking paraprofessional Windows paradigms and praising the alternative UNIX solutions, some fool—who, no doubt, has no exposure to other than the Windows model of "computer science" (if you can indeed call it that)—edits its out. "A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid," wrote the Master in Matthew 5, and editing out these completely valid, thoughtfully argued corrigenda merely underscores the petulance of the Windows world. No wonder Windows "programmers" earn fifty percent less than their UNIX counterparts!
