Oregon department of corporations edit

The Oregon department of corporations has a search page: [1]. There are three different "Heron Books" corporations, only one is still active. If I understand the text, it is owned by Delphi. It is due for renewal in a few weeks or it will be deleted :-) --Tilman 17:01, 1 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Has been renewed, two days after this text :-) --Tilman 20:44, 27 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
As an assumed business name, it isn't a corporation owned by Delphi Schools Inc, it is Delphi Schools Inc. (".. and the tune's my own invention."[2]) It's the same with Northwest Research, which can't use Inc. since that's a word legally reserved for actual incorporation names. Merge with Delphi Schools edit

I propose a merge of this page with Delphi Schools as a subsection there, considering that "Heron Books" is merely a DBA, and the actual organization responsible is Delphi. Spidern (talk) 04:45, 2 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
