Fair use rationale for Image:Mank welles.JPG

Image:Mank welles.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Just a short note: the Herman J. Mankiewicz page and the Joseph L. Mankiewicz page have the same picture. As the brothers were born over 8 years apart, I doubt they were that similar in appearance. I don't know enough about editing these pages to help, or where to find an accurate picture of both gentlemen, but thought I would mention it in hopes someone else could correct this. 214.13.173.15 (talk) 22:43, 4 July 2008 (UTC)

I second the motion that the two were not twins and should therefore have different pictures. Beeswax07

Since I put this photo up I removed it since it's probably not his. If anyone can find some accurate photos that would be great.Wikiwatcher1 (talk) 17:34, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
