In some dialects of English, 'college' may mean a dormitory rather than a school of higher education. For example, the Tartu College in Canada (which mains Tartu Institute in Canada) is more of such a dormitory, although with a very good administrative system. 82.131.108.41 (talk) 13:03, 26 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
