Image is not the correct species edit

The image of the flower is not correct. H. Citrina has much narrower petals. I can send you several correct pictures if you would like. The image does not appear to be editable. Iownutopia 03:30, 20 March 2017 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Iownutopia (talkcontribs)

@Iownutopia:, can you confirm whether any of the images at commons:Category:Hemerocallis_citrina are correctly identified? If so, we can just use one of those images. If none of them are correct, uploading a correct picture would be appreciated (note that it has to be something compatible with a CC-BY-SA license; if you took the picture yourself, you can choose to give it the appropriate license. Images taken by other people probably can not be used). Plantdrew (talk) 21:33, 20 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
I've queried images of Hemerocallis before: see Talk:Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus. (The doubtful image there actually looks rather like the one disputed here.) The problem is that cultivars, sometimes naturalized, are misidentified as species. You can't believe labels in botanic gardens, either. We need images from reliable scientific sources, but they are usually copyright. Peter coxhead (talk) 22:33, 20 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
