Staatliche Museum Berlin

edit

I'm from Berlin and never heard of the Staatliche Museum. Also searched a bit. There are a lot of Staatliche Musea here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.222.228.140 (talk) 16:10, 19 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

What caused the explosions?

edit

The article indicates that this event has occured 3 times in the region, including once in 1817. The article should state any reasonable hypothesis as to what is actually occuring. It doesn't sound like a regular Earthquake. Robert Brockway 05:41, 9 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Location

edit

Is it the co-ordinates or is Google Earth wrong? Entering these coordinates brings up an inland location... whereas undersea was expected. Just wondering. 92.5.38.126 (talk) 22:43, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Are these numbers correct?

edit

The same lengths are used for Helike's holdings and for how deeply underground it sank. Did it really sink 12 Stadia (2 kilometers) underground?

Yes, I have been to the site. It is inland now. That's why it was difficult to locate--historical documents led researchers to look underwater. - dscharf —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dscharf (talkcontribs) 23:50, 27 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

What caused it?

edit

Did it sink for no reason? Did the land fall apart or did the water rise? Was it global warming? 66.183.58.186 (talk) 05:33, 24 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
