Where did the possible arguments (and their gradings) come from?
editI am wondering if the 'possible arguments' and their gradings into the various stages came directly from Lawrence Kohlberg or they have been generated by others. I understand that the dilemma as it is presented comes directly from Kohlberg but from the way the article is written the source for the arguments is not clear. Would appreciate if this could be clarified, either in a response here or by edits to the article. Thanks Oska (talk) 00:42, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
