I consider Health in Romania to be merged with Healthcare in Romania, as it covers more than the article itself. Editoneer (talk) 16:48, 11 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Oppose, given that the topics are distinct and other countries have articles structured in an analagous way. For example, we have both Health in Australia and Health care in Australia; or Health in Bangladesh and Health policy in Bangladesh; Health in England and National Health Service (England).
