"originally broadcast in December 1985. Although that date marked its only broadcast on television (save for some markets that aired it again the next year)," is someone whose done this page SURE this information is correct? My father made a tape of this for me when I was younger but I was only 1 in 1986. I doubt he remembers the exact date but I would think he would have made the tape in 1988 or 1989 when I was old enough to understand I like the show (which I always did)

I was considering this as a joke gift for a friend this christmas, the box had a copyright year of 1983/84. It shouldnt be hard to verify this. (In the end i settled with conan the barbarian) Ottawa4ever (talk) 15:16, 7 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

This article lists "Folliott S. Pierpont" [sic] among the composers. Folliott Sandford Pierpoint (with two I's in the last name) was a hymn writer. James Pierpont (musician) (one "I" in the last name) was a musician, best known for writing "Jingle Bells." So I'm guessing they meant James Pierpont. One day, I'll watch the movie and verify that it contains the song "Jingle Bells."--Jkisch (talk) 17:27, 25 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
