Map issue edit

this map displays wrong on the main page due to image conversion but is actually correct if you click on it. Due to a Kartographer bug. I will use talk page for bug feature report : apologies because if its fixed at least for image rendering pages will all display consistently. The bug can be programmed around - straight lines are simple. Mucks it all up if used in wikidata.

with map frame this is what you get just to prove its a bug for phabricator https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T340084

and this is attempt to program around the rendering issue by drawing shape twice.I assume I broke the image rending engine although it will work for lines.
