Circular citations - does the subject meet notability guidelines?edit

I am concerned that this page has only 6 citations, 4 of which cite the blog that this article is about and 1 of which cites a blog that the subject's owner contributes to, which isn't much better because it's still way too close to the subject. That leaves only one citation total that corroborates the subject's notability, WaPo.
Genuinely, forgive me if I'm wrong because I'm inexperienced on this site, but it's fairly difficult for a blog to get its own page, and one single decent citation doesn't meet notability guidelines.
This page either needs more citations that are unattached to the subject, or deletion should be considered if none at all exist. Ten pages of Google in, I couldn't find anything, but maybe somebody with access to better databases could.
