• As far as I know, HA and HU are still affiliated. Therefore, this sentence, needs to be removed: "Previous years showed that Harding Academy and Harding University are affiliated, now they no longer have any affiliation except sharing campus." 1) This make no sense. 2) 192.133.129.150 wrote it, though an unregistered user. 3) It does not cite any new information. I will remove this sentence unless someone can cite a source that indicates that there has been a severance.Josh a brewer 16:09, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

• • HA and HU are still closely affiliated (I would know, I go to HA). the IP address you mentioned (192.133.129.150) belongs to the harding network, which is shared by HA. Basically, what I'm saying is someone at HA probably did it. I know a lot of kids that get great of pleasure of adding the names of random sexual organs to pages when we have class projects in a computer lab :( . Artemis11 22:07, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Sports Updates

We need to verify the dates on the state championships. Someone please consult the old yearbooks that are sure to be found in the H.A. library. I believe that at least one of those championships was won in Class B football--when there was such a thing--in 1977, but I'm not sure. One football championship was in Class A in 1984 or 1985. That's all I can recall off the top of my head.

Where's Ruth Browning when you need her?

The section "Individual Champions of Note" could include at least a couple other names (and events and dates), but please be able to cite these facts. The two that I've added (shot put, FBLA competition) came from the Constance and Hambrick articles currently cited at the bottom of the entry. Thanks, Josh a brewer 03:51, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

Individual Champions of Note

This section should be reserved for winners of statewide and national competitions. Hundreds of countywide and conference championships could be listed in a dozen or so sports, so let's just keep it to State and National competitions. This section might include documented first chairs in the State Choral competition, major academic competitions, and athletics.Josh a brewer 04:46, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

Removed material from Dab

This is probably already covered in the article; it was improperly added to the Dab:

a Kindergarten-12th grade private school in Searcy, Arkansas, which is under the umbrella of Harding University of Searcy. [1]

Although the Nashville Harding Academy is located in the building formerly occupied by Harding Place Church of Christ, its website says that it is a "non-sectarian" school.

The Academies in Memphis and Searcy are historically affiliated with the Church of Christ.
