Fair use rationale for Image:Harcourtassessment.jpg

Image:Harcourtassessment.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Intelligence Citations Bibliography for Articles Related to IQ Testing

I have posted a bibliography of Intelligence Citations for the use of all Wikipedians who have occasion to edit articles on human intelligence and related issues. I happen to have circulating access to a huge academic research library at a university with an active research program in those issues (and to another library that is one of the ten largest public library systems in the United States) and have been researching these issues since 1989. Merge

This article's name should not have been changed from Harcourt Assessment to Pearson Assessment. Pearson bought Harcourt Assessment. The former Harcourt Assessment business is not autonomous as it was merged into Pearson's existing corporate structure, in the Assessment & Information division. The former Harcourt office is now simply a satellite office part of the Pearson division. Thus, this article should be merged with Pearson Assessment & Information. 75.63.3.41 (talk) 16:21, 14 May 2011 (UTC)

Completed July 16, 2011. Article moved back to Harcourt Assessment and made in past tense. Updated Pearson Assessment & Information article with few edits as well 75.34.84.96 (talk) 15:38, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Buy-out

Some mention should be made of thae fact that the acquisition of Harcourt by Pearson Educational removed the sole competitor for the FCAT assessment, an annual, lucrative, test-administration/scoring project in Florida.The FCAT reverted to Pearson almost by default. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.129.119.92 (talk) 21:32, 25 May 2013 (UTC)
