Cleaning up recent historical information edit

Lakewood Manor edit
Specifically, roughly the northwest quarter of the district was platted as Lakewood Manor. The south half was mostly platted as Hampton Terrace, and there were various other plats involved. --NE2 09:10, 6 April 2014 (UTC)
