Two Murads edit

I deleted some addings (and a photo) by user:Seemsclose related to Sebastatsi Murad who was a different person and really died in Baku 3 years later than Medzn Murad. Andranikpasha (talk) 22:15, 12 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I moved some info on Murad of Sebastia to the separate article. Andranikpasha (talk) 00:12, 26 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hampartsoum BoyadjianMurad (fedayi)WP:COMMONNAME Relisted. BDD (talk) 23:03, 28 October 2013 (UTC) Երևանցի talk 18:31, 14 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hampartsum Boyadjian is almost never used. See Google Books results for "Hampartsum Boyadjian": only 7 results [1]. He is widely known as Murad the fedayi, not Hampartsum Boyadjian (in whatever spelling). --Երևանցի talk 23:07, 14 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
Then Hampartsum Boyajian (Armenian Review, or Raymond Kévorkian - 2011) or Hampartsum Boyadjian (Walker Armenia, the survival of a nation 1980 Page 402) ...better something used and WP:natural disambiguation - plus the possibility of confusion per "and "Murad the Great" (real name: Hambardzum Boyadjian) — not to be confused with Sebastatsi Murad (real name: Murad Khrimian). also called Murad, also a fedayi. Note that your first GB result is actually the other Murad fedayi. In ictu oculi (talk) 23:16, 14 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
There were two famous fighters who had "Murad" in their name: Sebastatsi Murad (aka Murad of Sebastia, Murad of Sivas) and Murad, who was a leading member of the Hnchak party. The first Murad (of Sbeastia) was always referred to as Sebastatsi Murad and never just Murad, while this one was known as simply Murad (or less often Mets(n) Murad). So what's the problem here? --Երևանցի talk 01:03, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
