Removal of sourced content edit

User:179.53.102.64 please stop removing sourced content without discussing WHY you think it should be removed. Merely insisting the content/NPR sources are "not accurate" is not sufficient. Bennv3771 (talk) 04:53, 1 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Because that is just a bunch of lies. First of all it says that the "Dominican High Court" issued a ruling changing the interpretation of "in transit" to include "all foreigners".

Fact:

  • There are 3 High Courts in the Dominican Republic: the Supreme Court, the Electoral Court, and the Constitutional Court.
  • Law 95 from 1939 stated that aliens in transit are those that does not have legal domicile because they lack a residence permit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.101.169.242 (talk) 05:28, 1 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
@148.101.169.242: aka @179.53.102.64: If what you say is true, then please cite reliable sources instead of removing sourced content. Right now, it is your word against the cited reliable sources, so why should we believe what a random person on the internet says is fact or not fact? Bennv3771 (talk) 05:34, 1 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
@148.101.169.242: aka @179.53.102.64: By the way, I've added references from the New York Times and Reuters to support the NPR sources. Please provide sources for your disputed claim or I'll remove the "dispute" tag since it appears to not be disputed in reliable sources. Also please don't use another IP to evade blocking. And finally, I've replaced "Dominican High Court" with Constitutional Court. Bennv3771 (talk) 06:12, 1 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
