Talk:Hacker-Pschorr Brewery

Hacker-Pschorr Lager and Weisse are available in Canada imported by Premier Brands, Ltd 2880 Brighton Rd. Unit 2 Oakville, ON L6H 5S3, Canada. Part of a large range of quality imported beers from Germany and around the world. The Weisse beer is sold in 500ml or 1/2 liter (equivalent to serving size in clay steins) brown bottles and sealed with the traditional ceramic and wire tops. Easily one of the best Weisse biers brewed today.

I distinctly remember some of the home brands from my time in Germany in the 80's and am familiar with a number of them including the sister brand Paulaner.

Main article needs typo corrections - assortment not assortement.

Using talk for this instead of edit as I have been kinds off-line for a few years. Working my way back up to being a wikipedian ... R.H. "Rudi" Saueracker, SSM (talk) 13:23, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

I thought Hacker and Pschorr were separate breweries that merged sometime after 1975. I seem to recall them being separate when I was a student in Munich in 1974-75, and then discovering that they had merged sometime later when I returned to the city for the first time in 1996. I could be completely wrong about this however. Anyway, I was just wondering... :-) 129.55.27.4 17:59, 24 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

pronounciation edit

Is it pronounced like hacker-shore?

No. More like Hacker (or Hocker in American English) Pshore. You pronounce the P. Dunkelweizen (talk) 17:19, 20 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
