HSN
Home Shopping Network changed its name to just HSN in September 2000. Many sources refer to it as HSN formerly known as Home Shopping Network. In all official material it is consistently known and presented as HSN. This seems to have escaped Wikipedia - I just edited the page to reflect the now 19-year old status.
This is not about disambiguating primacy. I have no objections against a HSN (disambiguation) page treating Hereditary sensory neuropathy and HSN equally. However, that should not mean the "and that abbreviation is primarily associated with the subject" clause of WP:ACRONYMTITLE should prevent this company/tv network from having its name as its title.
Recent sources discussing Home Shopping Network do so noting HSN was formerly known under that name, indicating that our current name is not so current. Sources that confirm the name change and the ubiquity of the HSN usage are plentiful. Furthermore, there are indications that "home shopping networks" are now a genericized umbrella term for several such networks, including HSN:

Despite maintaining its branding, network and local offices, HSN has officially been absorbed by its long-time at-home shopping rival. As of Dec. 31, QVC included QVC U.S., QVC International and HSN.
- [5] The "Queen of HSN" — whose trajectory from single mom to millionaire spawned the 2015 film Joy starring Jennifer Lawrence — will "pursue other professional opportunities," according to an HSN news release.
- [6] But HSN would not be the only home shopping network for long – in that same decade, they came to have 17 different competitors.
