Conflicting information edit

There appears to be some conflict in information between this Wiki and the one for the Nanjing incident. This one states that Carlisle was laid up for refit between 1921 and 1929, yet the other lists her among the Royal Navy flotilla participating in the aforementioned incident. Eight years does seem like a long time spent in refit. Could someone please verify those years? Thanks! Sector001 (talk) 15:16, 24 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

AA conversion edit

Does anyone have a source that indicates the change in armaments of Carlisle as converted to an AA cruiser? It would be useful to update her info box since it is presently ambiguous whether the 4in were added or replaced the 6in - particularly as there were five 6in but eight 4in. I know that it was probably a replacement but neither the original nor the subsequent configuration is clear. Not my area and don't have access to sources easily. Regards. Carlisle had her 6in, 3in and TTs removed during her conversion to an AA cruiser. Here's some online sources:CARLISLE light cruisers (1918-1922) and HMS CarlisleDamwiki1 (talk) 23:53, 24 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
