This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... There are four other articles that reference the H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation. Readers of those articles might want to know more about the Foundation. I created this page because I was looking into information about the Acrisure Arena. The Berger Foundation owns the land the arena is being built on. I have no affiliation with the Berger foundation and have no interest in promoting the organization. I will admit the article, as written, may appear to be promotional, but that was not my intent. I do intend to add more information about the Foundation's history, including some information about questionable activities, as well as information about the organization's involvement with the Arena. I have been focused on another article currently. --OvertAnalyzer (talk) 14:42, 4 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

After reviewing the article sources, I find only one reference that pulls any information from the Foundation's own website, and that is the second sentence of the introduction. That one sentence could be construed as "promotional" and I would have no problem if it was removed, along with the reference. I don't believe any of the other ten references are affiliated with the Foundation. I don't think an article should be deleted simply because it leaves a positive impression regarding the subject of the article. Beyond that I am interested in understanding what it is about the article that reads as promotional. OvertAnalyzer (talk) 14:59, 4 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

In an attempt to better understand why this article was seen as promotional, I reviewed a number of the other articles in the Category:Non-profit organization stubs. While I understand this article must stand on its own merit, I do think it worth noting that most other Non-profit stub class articles could easily be seen as promotional. Most are not as well sourced, and many are not referenced by any other Wikipedia article. OvertAnalyzer (talk) 15:17, 4 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
