Miss Choice?

edit

@Sifeeye: I saw your edit. You cite two sources[1][2] in this edit, neither of which mentions Guumays name. The only place names mentioned are Las Anod and Goojacade. Maybe you have mistaken the source you choose? Freetrashbox (talk) 10:00, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi, it's mentioned in the second cited article from BBC Somali
"Waxaa laga qabsaday Maraaga, Goojacade, Dhuxun, Xargega, Golayeedhay, Canjiid, Adhicadeeye, Samakaab, Yagoori, Wadhake iyo Guumays oo dhamaantood ay  saldhiyo ciidan ku lahaayeen" sidaa waxa noo sheegay Cabdilqaadir Abshir Xaaji Diireye oo ka mid ah Golaha 45ta ah ee SSC." Sifeeye (talk) 12:20, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
Subsequent passages say Balse sheegashadaas BBC ma xaqiijin karto (But the BBC cannot confirm that claim.) Your sentence should be preceded by the sentence "According to Khatumo State's claims..." Freetrashbox (talk) 13:01, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
What about this recent article from Hiiraan Online?
"Ciidamada SSC-Khaatumo ayaa hadda ku sugan degaanka Guumays oo ku dhow degmada Oog. Labada dhinaca ayaa halkaas ka wada dhaqdhaqaaqyo ciidan iyo isu diyaari dagaal dhici kara." Sifeeye (talk) 15:29, 13 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. I have written the information in the article. Freetrashbox (talk) 11:23, 14 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Khaatumo/SSC

edit

@Freetrashbox: Is best practice SSC or Khaatumo State forces? I have edited the page to accurately reflect the controlling administration in Gumaays. Wadamarow (talk) 18:48, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

I think "SSC-Khatumo" is better, but it could be abbreviated to "SSC" in reference to the BBC. Freetrashbox (talk) 12:08, 18 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
