This part doesn't make any sense - can someone please correct/clarify? "Due to this process, in most cases concealed carry permit applications are given for all but the normal resident applicants who are frequently denied permits unless in grave circumstances." 67.171.70.194 (talk) 19:27, 16 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
