Romanization of Dish Name ("Gujia" and "Gujiya")

Question: What is the accurate romanization of the (Hindi) name for this dish? "Gujia" or "Gujiya"? I see occurrences of both, but no indication of whether one is an alternative name, the preferred proper name, or if both are interchangeable.
