I added about everything I could find. Still not much but better, and with references, some of them actually reputable! Bppubjr (talk) 03:31, 14 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

The two sentences: "This French Patois, was once the lingua franka in Grenada, and could still be commonly heard as recently as 80 years ago. Then, even children in some rural areas could speak it. By the mid-Twentieth Century, mainly seniors, in some rural areas, could speak French Patois. " seem slightly incompatible. I assume that these sentences were written in 2005. If so, this means that (even) children (assume age about 5, so born about 1920) spoke French Patois in 1925, but that in 1940-1960 (mid 20th century) ony seniors (born 1890-1910) only seniors did so. Would it be better to replace "80 years ago" by an approximate date? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.3.46.13 (talk) 11:18, 10 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Two topics edit

This article covers two topics, and so seems to me should be split per WP:CONSPLIT into one article on the English Creole and one on the French Creole. -- JHunterJ (talk) 14:49, 20 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
