About the January 25 rewrite

A user has removed enormous slabs of referenced text from the article, rewriting it to remove all mention of environmental compliance issues, public relations, and removing much of the history. I reverted to the previous version, for now. To this user: some of what you added would be good to have, but you need to cite a reliable source -- for example regarding the truck fleet, the land ownership, the refinery. Please do not remove cited information without giving a clear rationale for why you are doing so; the article must be written from a neutral point of view, which means that it must cover fairly the different viewpoints represented in the news media. Greka has been in the news a lot in Santa Barbara County, and the article should show that. I attempted to be very fair and neutral when writing this article, and searched for public statements of Greka's point of view on most of the major issues, and believe they are correctly represented.
