And some more photos - just in case we need them......

The Greenwich Council twitter feed - http://twitter.com/greenwichcouncl - link looks suspicious. It has councl instead of council in the name - it has only 0 tweets and only 7 followers. Ray d nichols (talk) 20:59, 25 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

IIRC, the @GreenwichCouncl Twitter account was the official one, but was renamed after LB Greenwich became the Royal Borough - I have updated the link to the current official account @Royal_Greenwich. Paul W (talk) 11:57, 26 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

who owns it? edit

A notice at the tunnel entrance states that the tunnel is private property and not a public right of way.

It's not owned by Greenwich council, then? who does own it? Marnanel (talk) 14:41, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Appears to be jointly owned by three councils. According to Greenwich's website, it manages the Greenwich foot tunnels on behalf of itself and two other councils, Tower Hamlets and Newham. I have updated the article and added a citation. Paul W (talk) 15:32, 2 October 2021 (UTC)Reply
