Fair use rationale for Image:Greece passport 1937.jpg

Image:Greece passport 1937.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Map of Countries

The map of countries coloured according to the status of acceptance of Greek passports is not valid. Countries such as Australia, that accepts Greek passports without a visa, is coloured gray instead of blue. Autralia requires a ETA, which is equivalent to a visa which is issued online. Passportguy (talk) 16:39, 25 July 2008 (UTC)

Though, in the similar map of the article German Passport, Australia is colored as "Visa On Arrival", despite the fact that it requires ETA in the identical way it requires from holders of Greek passports. Turkey

Old greek passport
