anti-mormon label edit

I think the line "circulated what FARMS dubbed "anti-Mormon" writing" should be removed. FARMS, to put it mildly, is an organization whose credibility varies to the extreme depending on the observer making the assessment. Especially when it comes to a label so subjective and nebulous as "anti-Mormon", no FARMS review should get to provide the label. This is especially bad in this case since a reader might not know what FARMS is, or its generous use of the term anti-Mormon, and might be misled.

The appropriate place for FARMS accusations concerning his work is in the Insider View page, especially since New York Mormonism is a first draft of that book.

I am adding a more neutral reference, from the Grant H. Palmer papers website. 158.130.93.164 (talk) 19:27, 7 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Disfellowship Link Broken edit

The link to the disfellowship reference goes to the Jehovah's Witnesses' site; which has no affiliation with the LDS Church.--[Unsigned]

Fwiw, Palmer discusses his affiliation with the LDS in this interview.--Hodgdon's secret garden (talk) 20:54, 14 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Removed link to An Insiders view of Mormon Origins - it linked to a document titled 'Prying into Palmer' which looks like a dishonest "bait and switch". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.96.180.245 (talk) 14:24, 12 June 2017 (UTC)Reply
