development
editThis article was just now started in a semi-automated way, and could use more attention, perhaps including use of sources that might be found online. Please help! :) Try Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL) or Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL. Or develop from the sources already included in the article. Thanks. --doncram (talk) 20:39, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
Architectural style
editThe (paper) documentation cited from NRHP clearly states the style to be "Commercial vernacular". It makes no mention of the three separate styles which were listed in the article prior to my recent edit, viz: "Early commercial", "Vernacular" and "other".
It is possible that the raw data from NRHP that was used to generate the initial article contains a discrepancy compared to the documentary data, but I have no easy way to check this. In the circumstances, I have gone with the documentary info because that is more accessible and would appear to be the original source for NRHP listing. If there indeed is a discrepancy then it may need to be noted in the article somewhere, somehow ... and the same issue probably would arise on hundreds of other articles. - Sitush (talk) 16:43, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
