According to the same source cited (http://www.awardsandshows.com/features/grammy-awards-1965-217.html), the nominees for Best Instrumental Performance (Other Than Jazz) of 1965 were

The nominees were not

The winner was Henry Mancini for The Pink Panther Theme Lyrics.

The winner was not Mason Williams for "Classical Gas", which was not released until April 1968. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_Gas .
