Removed an introductory qualifying clase from sentence on section about Vietnam ambassadorship. It was a fig leaf, a non-sequitur, to distract from the main (uncomplimentary) thrust of the sentence. Tapered (talk) 07:49, 16 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
