I did some rough cleanup of this page, but not knowing a thing about British nobility/foreign service/etc. it was hard to do anything too specific. The page previously looked to have been copied straight from some sort of "Who's Who": it's better now but could still use work from anyone with a closer knowledge of the subject at hand.
