Sequence of entries edit

I've had a go at putting the entries into logical groups and flagged them up using HTML comments. IMHO this makes the list more rational but

The groups are arbitrary, e.g. should city walls near the castle be grouped as walls or castle?
The list may already have been in a logical sequence that I didn't spot
If the groupings are retained, we could do with subheadings within the list, probably achieved by splitting the table.
