Need for renaming into Gov. Juanito R. Remulla, Sr. Road
editRenaming national road title (from Governor's Drive to Gov. Juanito R. Remulla, Sr. Road) would cause several concerns from the Cavitenos wherein RA 11047 must be reviewed for some cases where it got filed in 17th Congress last 24 July 2017 and signed by the President last 24 July 201729 June 2018. Voting must be encouraged for all Wiki editors with their optional explanation. Hopefully, this will help you a lot. -DEARPAUL24 (talk) 23:50, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
- @DearPaulPH: see WP:UCRN. Generally, common names are preferred over official/legally-recognized names if the latter is not widely used by the people. Examples: Malacañang Palace vs. Malacañan Palace, Ma-ayon vs. Maayon, and Baliuag vs. Baliwag. Kyiv (formerly Kiev) took more than a decade before finally moving into its current title last year.
