Courts

edit

Somewhere, either here or in a forked article, there needs to be a discussion of the nuts and bolts of the court system. This is done, out of necessity, in a New York City article, because there isn't one anyplace else. Most of that article needs to be bumped to the state level with the NYC article left to discuss city differences, if any. BTW, this city article is a bit puerile and need rewriting, so it's not exactly a cut and paste! Student7 (talk) 21:06, 1 August 2008 (UTC) This is garbageReply

Government departments

edit

Why are the un-elected leaders of the state government departments not notable? Looking at the articles of the departments there are no (neither blue nor red) links for the leaders of those government departments, not even a list of past leaders – which is what I was originally been searching for. These politicians/officers are members of the gouverneur's state government. Shouldn't they be as notable as the members of a president's federal government? --SamWinchester000 (talk) 13:04, 4 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
