I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Description of local government edit
This article states that the Board of Selectmen serves as the town's judicial branch, but that is not true. Boards of Selectmen do not stand in judgement. They are the elected executives for the town. Acter (talk) 10:31, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

There is absolutely no judicial branch of the Framingham Government. In fact, the Board of Selectmen is explicitly the executive branch. The Strong Town Manager is a government employee, and does not constitute a branch of government. (Rdsalemi (talk) 11:57, 7 December 2010 (UTC))
