Talk:Goodnight Moon (song)

Popular Impact edit

i find it curious that the Shivaree BAND page has more information about how 'Goodnight Moon' is used in pop culture than the actual SONG page.

https://www.popmatters.com/shivaree-whosgot-2496084193.html ( 3 March 2005 ): "Shivaree, which showcases the improbably named and extremely photogenic chanteuse Ambrosia Parsley, recently garnered a career boost when Quentin Tarantino selected their 1999 track “Goodnight Moon” to play over the credits of Kill Bill Vol. 2."

i suspect more people had a copy of this song via the movie soundtrack cd than from the original album release. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Senatorhung (talkcontribs) 12:31, 16 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Notability edit

I removed the "importance" tag. Since the song is part of the score of a well-known motion picture, it passes WP:MUSIC#Songs (guideline currently under discussion). However sources should be added. -- Sorted as part of the Notability Wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 16:10, 19 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
