People could be looking for that subject, and hopefully I or someone will write an article on the episode it appeared in (The Marine Biologist).

A disambiguation page is for disambiguation of articles with the same or similar names, not as a catalogue of every possible concept related to a term. You may well write an article about the episode, but readers will not click "Golden Boy" because they've mistaken it for the name "The Marine Biologist". Please see MOS:DP: "Disambiguation pages are solely intended to allow users to choose among several Wikipedia articles, usually when a user searches for an ambiguous term."
