Well, you've re-formatted it and added some material that doesn't come directly from the decision, but it's still basically a copy-paste of the opinion. It's better to summarize from secondary sources (eg. what newspapers reported on the decision when it was issued?) –Roscelese (talkcontribs) 04:12, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

I couldn't find any newspaper articles from the 1960's. Can you direct me to a place where I could access them? Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.80.120.54 (talk) 10:39, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Irene: Here's a link to the UMASS historic newspaper databases. You'll be able to find what you're looking for here: UMASS Library Ege3 (talk) 16:25, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Consolidated references edit

I added citation details to the bare URLs, but they should be moved inline. I eliminated some unneeded links, such as dictionary entries for ex post facto and the 14th Amendment, which are wikilinked already. Perhaps a next step would be to move the law review articles into inline references and add some historical newspaper articles as previously suggested.
