Fair use rationale for Image:XTC Go 2.jpg

Image:XTC Go 2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. i have some problems with the second paragraph ("The album's full title is XTC's Go 2. The title was inspired by the Japanese strategy game Go and the fact that it was their second album."). i've never heard either of those facts elsewhere. if someone doesn't come along with at least some claims as to where they heard it i'll get rid of it. --a self called nowhere (☎) 00:55, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
