Clinical Test Section edit

The section describing clinical tests is uncited and probably wrong, at least insofar as it suggests that the loss of taste may be meaningfully tested for diagnostically. It's a common misconception that there are areas of the tongue dedicated to individual components of taste, and the article that has spawned this popular misconception merely noted that particular areas of the tongue are more sensitive than to the tastes in question.
